Due to hygiene standards, we're unable to accept returns of physical products. However, we're glad to offer INKARTISAN credit or, in certain situations, a refund.*

For requests made after 14 days of the delivery date, we may provide INKARTISAN credit but cannot accept returns for orders beyond 90 days.
