For requests made after 14 days of the delivery date, we may provide INKARTISAN credit but cannot accept returns for orders beyond 90 days.

Encounter a problem with your tattoo's application, or received a damaged or defective product? Please reach out for a possible one-time resend or credit. Just follow these steps and provide a photo of the issue:

Free shipping is available for orders over $30; otherwise, a flat rate of $8 applies for postage.

 

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email containing your tracking information. Presently, we offer deliveries to the United States (excluding remote areas). We do not yet support deliveries in other countries and regions.

Within 3-5 business days of your order placement, we send all orders to our fulfillment center for shipping.

 

Shipping Time:

Expect 7-14 day delivery for the United States.

 

Shipping: There is a flat shipping rate of $8 per order. However, we offer free shipping on orders over $30!

  1. Ordinarily, our local shipping partners deliver packages on regular business days (Monday to Friday). To ensure secure delivery, it's recommended to provide an address where you can receive the package on business days. It's also advisable to keep your phone active during the estimated delivery time, as the shipping agent may need to contact you.
  2. The delivery service we use requires a customer signature for successful delivery. Therefore, ensure that either you or a person authorized by you are present at the delivery address.

 

Points to Remember (Buyer Responsibilities):

  1. If there are customs duties applicable in the recipient's country, these charges will be borne by the buyer.
  2. Any costs incurred due to delivery delays or address modifications on the buyer's part will be the buyer's responsibility.
  3. If an order is cancelled halfway by the buyer for any reason, or the goods are returned, the associated costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.
